The Whole Farm Dinner is ‘farm-to-farmhouse’ in the purest form at this small, ultra-premium producer of estate wines in the Chehalem Mountains AVA. The passion of caring for the land, cultivating its greatest offerings, and joining friends at the table is all here at the Estate and farm. The food doesn’t travel far, as the majority of the ingredients come from the property. Each September, Chef Pascal and his team craft a menu of freshly-picked heirloom tomatoes, eggs from the nest box, aromatic herbs, lamb, and grass-fed beef — just a few of the estate-grown ingredients they share at this annual celebration. The menu is designed to showcase the unique qualities of individual Alloro Vineyard wines and the gifts of abundance from the estate soil.
