As an extension of the Embassy Way, every client utilizing meetings and banquet services at the Embassy Suites hotels will be provided the following service assurances.
-Meeting rooms will be available for use when promised and set to client specifications, including proper control of sound, lighting, heating, air conditioning and ventilation. If the client is not satisfied, no rental fees or setup fees will be billed.
-Refreshment breaks for meetings will be set to client specifications and delivered on time. If the client is not satisfied, the fees for the specific refreshment will be waived.
-Audio/Visual equipment specified by client will be setup on time and in excellent working order. If the client is not satisfied, no rental fees will be billed.
-The client will be presented an accurate documentation of billing. No posting of charges can occur until the client fully understands the charges and is satisfied with service and value received.
-Suite reservations will be according to clients specifications. If the client is not satisfied, the individual's suite rate will be waived.
-Suites will be clean and ready upon specified check in time. If the client is not satisfied, the individual's suite rate will be waived.
-Upon client's signing of booking contracts, all catering prices will be guaranteed up to six months in advance and suite rates up to 12 months in advance.

Our meeting rooms may be combined (indicated by color) to provide flexible combinations that are certain to be perfect for your event. (ADD:) Each meeting room includes variable lighting, house sound, ceiling fans, hardwired DSL lines and wireless high-speed Internet access. We feature a full service on-site audio-visual department.
