Well...there are a couple of shuttle/limousine companies that offer winery tours. But it's more of an itinerary based service. Meaning, they choose the wineries you go to. Some offer customized tours as well, but I think they may be more expensive if you do it that way.

I've done tasting by limousine and it was one of the best things our tasting group could have done. Having a designated driver makes things so much easier. We did a customized tour and we told the company all the stop we wanted to make.

I'll be in Napa for a day and a half and was wondering if there is some sort of transportation from winery to winery.
