I would be worried that it's cutting it pretty close. I think that Cakebread would want you there promptly at 11:00 and if the Mondavi tour ran over, you'd be late. You could call Cakebread and ask - this may have come up before and they may tell you that 15 minutes is plenty of time. We took the wine & food pairing class a year or so ago and thoroughly enjoyed it.

I am trying to plan a trip to Napa Valley and wanted to know if i was crazy to assume that I could do a 10am (wine basics) tour for 45 minutes at Robert Mandavi winery and then go to an 11am Food & wine pairing tour at Cakebread? There is a 15 minute interval and since the winery's are so close, i thought it might be possible.

I just wanted some advice and insight on the matter and whether or not it would work out.
