Hi Damombo, I had to do a double-take after looking at your itinerary. If you look at mine from a few weeks ago, I had recently swapped Sun and Mon to meet you at Chateau Montelena. Here's my latest: 10:00am - Zahtila or Summers Look familiar? I guess we will be running into you all over the Valley!

Here is what I have so far! Trying to hit a bunch of new places to us - many that y'all have mentioned... Sunday - leave San Francisco at noon, lunch in Sausalito. Get to Napa for a 3:30 appointment with Reynolds Family (NEW to us). Stop by Napa Style in Yountville to taste Chiarello wines (which we already are big fans of). Check into Stevenson Motor Lodge in Calistoga, dinner at Market. Monday - 10:00 appt. with Vincent Arroyo - met these folks in Texas at a private party back in June. Looking forward to seeing them at their winery. 11:15 - Library Tasting at Chateau Montelena with a picnic after on Jade Lake. Looking forward to meeting Carjeff! 2:00 - appt at The Terraces at Quarry Vineyards (NEW). 3:30 appt. at Joseph Phelps (NEW) 5:00 appt at Somerston (NEW) in Yountville. 6:00 appt at Ma(i)sonry (NEW) in Yountville. Dinner at Hurley's. Tuesday - 10:00 appt at Black Sears (NEW), 11:30 appt at Salon St. Helena (NEW), lunch at Farmstead, 2:15 Cakebread, 3:30 Cliff Lede (NEW), then we head for Sonoma. We spend Wednesday and Thursday in Sonoma County and head home on Friday morning - to start planning the next trip! IP: 96.8.187.200 |
