Merry Christmas Hawkeye, damombo, and everyone else!

We enjoyed a bottle of Kunde Reserve Chardonnay with Tilapia and pasta dinner tonight. Off to wrap the last of our gifts.

Merry Christmas to all! And Zinfandel tonight

We had a 2008 T-Vine Napa Valley zin last night and it was fabulous. We had a 2002 Schweiger Spring Mountain District cab the other day and it was exquisite - so pleased that we have several more

My fave changes from bottle to bottle - I'm so flighty! We enjoyed the Charnu cab we got in October and the Switchback cab from October, as well. Both will be even more awesome if we can leave them alone for a few years.

Cheers! Off to enjoy Christmas eve with a boat ride and a glass of wine on the lake - sunny and 68 here at Canyon Lake (don't hate me because we are lucky!)

As we approach this holiday season, I would like to wish all my wineaux (expensive for wino) friends a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

Some cheese and crackers along with a bottle of wine will make a happier Santa, better than cookies and milk.

WHAT HAS BEEN YOUR FAVORITE WINE OF 2012? I would have to say that mine was the 2001 Kelham St. Helena Estate Cab. WOW!

Merry Christmas to all, and to all a goodnight.
