I visited Cline,Viansa,Ledson,St. Francis and Chateau St. Jean and loved them all. They are fairly close and the wines at Chateau St. jean were awesome.Cline is very low key but their wines are very good. Viansa was very pretty as well. Check out their websites for a better look.

The only winery from your list that we checked out was Benzinger and it was great. We did their tractor tour and they explained their Biodynamic process which very interesting. We also really enjoyed their wines.
