Hi Sauv. Blonde, and Hawkeye too! We really like Prosecco with Crab, and the Riondo Rose is not only festive but also perfectly balanced for a seafood dish. The Trecini that I mentioned in a previous post is also very nice with crab, and an unoaked Chard would work.IP: 71.65.253.42 |

Hi Savignon Blonde,How about champaign or rose. I have read the sweetness goes well with tha saltiness of the crab. Of course, if it were me, I would look for a Cab named "Leggs" WOW, I was beginning to think that everyone packed their bags and left on a trip. We're having fresh crab for Christmas dinner. With a salad and bread, you don't need anything else! Any suggestions as to what to pair with crab?IP: 76.21.66.195 |

I see. Well, being so close to NCState, I had to ask. -You never know, ya' know. What did y'all have with your Thanksgiving meal this year? We are thinking about going outside the usual box and having something besides turkey for the Christmas celebration. I'm looking for ideas, so- what do y'all have for Christams dinner?IP: 71.65.253.42 |

To all my wine buddies, old and new, here's to a safe, happy and healthy holiday to you- one and all. I'm going off line for a few days as our eldest son will be home after a long absence, and I need to focus on him for a bit. We also have a new addition to the family- a niece whose early arrival ( born at 27 weeks) has kept us on our toes!! Mom and baby are doing very well, and we are grateful for that. So, I have a lot to be thankful for and I know you all do too. Will be back in touch next week, or so... Cheers!, Yes'
