I stayed at this inn with a friend at about the same time this year and we had a completely different experience.
The staff couldn't have been nicer or more solicitous. They were also very interested to hear what we did each day and what our impressions were so that they could keep passing along current information to guests.
We used both the spa and restaurant on site and were favorably impressed by both (even though it was tough to get short-notice spa times).
You now have two very different points of view-- I guess it's a toss up...

Room was average at best. Housekeeping left dirty glasses in the room and I had to go to the front desk to get toilet paper. We booked the Memorial Day special $150 per person per night and were overcharged $75 in the package. [This was in addition to the extras we purchased and expected to pay for.] The reservations were made at least six weeks in advance. We intended to use the spa facilities. In three phone conversations prior to our arrival, including discussion about the spa, we were not warned to make spa appointments in advance. Upon arrival, we were told that the only openings were on Saturday and if we called the spa at 8am, we could make arrangements. No openings were available. After expressing disappointment to the manager, I was left with the impression that they basically couldn't give a hoot. Nightly turn down service only occurred after a conversation with the "missing in action" concierge on our last night. I told her that my impression of the weekend was that the adults were away and the children were in charge. Poolside service was hit and miss. On Sunday in the hot sun after waiting nearly an hour for someone to show, we order beverages and waited another 30 minutes for them to arrive and of course, no one came back for seconds. The concierge list of dining options in the area was so out of date, at least five phone numbers had been disconnected. Skip this place and find one more professionally run.
