Thanks for all of the advise. I am finalizing the details and making final dinner decisions. One question, Wine Spectator Greystone Restaurant or Bouchon?

Hi jjfgkf,

Here are some restaurants and eateries that we like: l=less expensive, m=moderate, e=expensive (in my opinion)
Calistoga - Calistoga Inn (m), Bosco's (l), Checkers (l), Flat Iron Grill (m), All Seasons Bistro (m), Brannan's Grill (e), Cafe Saratonia (l - great breakfast & lunch)

St. Helena - Gott's Roadside (l - Hamburgers) Pizzaria Tra Vigne (m), Cindy's Backstreet (m), We don't spend a lot of time in St. Helena.

Rutherford - Rutherford Grill (m) Great, lots of locals, no reservations, you just take your turn.

Yountville - All restaurants in Yountville are very good and mostly m to e. One of our favorites is Bistro Jeanty (m) and Pacific Blues (l)

Don't know a lot about Napa, don't spend a lot of time there.

Have a great trip. -Hawkeye

An inexpensive place to eat with large portions is the Black Bear Diner. Its on the north side of a large shopping center that includes a grocery store and Office Depot. It will be on the west side of SoCal Hwy just north of Imola Ave(hint: In'n'Out Burger).

I haven't spent much time in Napa, but we did have a great evening meal at Fume Bistro. I believe it would land in the moderate price range.
We have also enjoyed lunch at Rutherford Grill.
