mustang06 Junior Member	posted 09-21-2008 02:31 PM I just went to a wedding at the Sonoma Coast Villa and after watching what the owners put the family of the bride through, I will never stay there, nor would I recommend it to anyone. Johan, 1 of the owners was very nice, but Ingrid, the other owner was absolutely nasty and unaccomodating. I don't even want to venture to guess how much the whole weekend cost, but I am sure it was way too much for the hastle. They acted like the guests should conform to their timetables instead of the other way around. Ingrid treated her employees like dirt and she was rude to guests. I was appalled by the way everyone was treated and how slow the service was. If you asked for something, it was as if you just asked them to give you a pint of their blood! No one should have a major event there, as they clearly cannot handle the stress, nor are they willing to be flexible enough to accomodate many guests/requests at once. I'm sure the hotel is nice if you are staying there without an event, but the rooms are not worth the price, nor is the poor service. IP: 24.130.67.64
