Keeping the suggestion post open I've a few questions.
Are the crowds in Napa Valley in July too buzy to enjoy and move around? We've been here before and stay to the lesser traveled wineries.
Is the Wine train in July packed?? Is it worth doing so?
Last question, to stay in Calistoga or Napa in July?

The Carneros Inn is a great recommendation especially in terms of being hip. I would also suggest the tried and true luxury resorts like Auberge du Soleil, Meadowood, and Kenwood Inn & Spa if you are looking for something a bit more exclusive. They always get rave reviews online and in print!

Hello...
My wife and I are returning to Napa in October for the first time in about 7 years. We are a younger couple (28 & 32) and own a nice restaurant in the Boston area. I'm looking for an amazing place that offers luxury amenities, a "Napa feel," and somthing upbeat with a nice bar. Price is not something we are sensitive to and would welcome all suggestions.
Thank you in advance...
