Depends on what your budget is. The town of Yountville is a great jump off place if you have the budget. I'm a personal fan of Villagio Inn & Spa (hip & swank) or Vintage Inn (more subdued, quiet) for lodging but rates are a bit steep this time of year. You may want to find a cheaper place to stay In Yountville and enjoy all of the beyond good food there - Hurley's, Ad Hoc, Bouchon to just name a few. Oh,

Oh. and everything is in walking distance! Just a gorgeous place to walk around and there's boutique shopping.

Check out the articles on this page for more info:

Another really cool place to stay is at Carneros Inn.

If you are looking for something a bit more economical, I would suggest getting a hotel stay in the town of Napa, and then spending your money on wine and dining. A couple of tried and true itineraries are below:

Check this link again, as more will probably be posted.

I am planning my first trip to Napa or Sonoma this Summer. I am 28 and single and I love wine. I am looking for a cool place to stay where I can be close to great food and great wine. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
