Summerwood’s
Saturday Seminars

Paso Robles’ Summerwood Winery & Inn is the place to be every Saturday if you want to learn about and enjoy some of the finest cuisine in this emerging wine region in the middle of California’s Central Coast.

Summerwood’s Executive Chef Charles Paladin-Wayne conducts weekly food and wine pairing seminars on Saturdays at the winery. A 25-year veteran of the region’s kitchens, “Chef Charlie” is inspired by the fresh, seasonal, local ingredients always available in Paso Robles as well as the area’s close proximity to the California Coast and works with Summerwood’s winemaker Scott Hawley to develop the wine and food pairings featured in the seminars.

These fun, casual and informative sessions are available by appointment at $25 per person and typically include three food items matched up with Summerwood wines such as Syrah, Vin Rouge and Viognier.
