MISS SAIGON COCKTAIL
 Miss Saigon INGREDIENTS 1 Asian pear Saigon cinnamon powder (or regular cinnamon powder) 2 1/2 ounces Ketel One Vodka 1 ounce Wakatake Daiginjo Sake Muddle 1/2 Asian pear with a dash of cinnamon powder. Add muddled pear and Ketel One Vodka to a martini shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into martini glass and float half of the Wakatake Daiginjo Sake on top of each drink.
