OPENS NEW TASTING ROOM IN MENDOCINO
Parducci opens new tasting room in Mendocino
Wine Cellars was established in 1932 in Mendocino’s Ukiah Valley by Italian
immigrant Adolph Parducci and his family, the first vintners to promote Mendocino
as a premier wine appellation. Building upon Parducci’s rich heritage and
long-standing reputation for excellence, new ownership by a local partnership,
including former Fetzer CEO Paul Dolan, continues the tradition, with an increased
commitment to sustainable farming and a contemporary flourish to the offerings.
A new tasting room for these gems has opened in downtown Mendocino, expanding
the reach of these excellent Ukiah Valley wines to this popular tourist destination.
Along with refreshing the current offerings—Parducci, Parducci Reserve,
Zingaro, Sketchbook and Hidden Cellars—the partnership will be pouring
five new brands here as well. The tasting room is located just a few doors
down Main Street from the Mendocino Hotel, a venerable establishment in town.
