Start your evening with a glass of champagne as you step behind the scenes into Chef Cal Stamenov’s award-winning kitchen for savory bites right “off the line”. Winter’s decadent ingredients span from France’s black truffles to Maine’s lobster, ranch raised Wagyu beef and their local golden chanterelles.

Chef Cal combines these inspiring ingredients with rare wines from around the world to create the ultimate winter menu. His 4-course tasting menu exemplifies how luxury ingredients can be preserved, reinterpreted and crafted into sophisticated dishes. This is an event surely not to be missed!
