2026 Estate Beef Winemaker Dinner Series: Rib Roast at CASS Winery celebrates the estate’s farm-to-table heritage with an unforgettable evening of exceptional food and wine. Hosted by CASS owner Ted Plemons, this special dinner highlights premium estate-raised Paso beef, sourced from the winery’s 145-acre property, which also features vineyards, olive and apple orchards, organic gardens, and grazing pastures.

Executive Chef Candice will prepare a thoughtfully crafted multi-course menu showcasing rib roast, with each course expertly paired by the CASS winemaking team to complement the flavors of the estate wines.
