Your experience starts with a splash of Maxville Estate Sauvignon Blanc as you are welcomed to our historic 1,000-acre estate. Your host will lead you into the Grand Foyer and Tasting Room for a guided private tasting of four current release wines. Accompanying the wines is an artisanal cheese and charcuterie platter as you sip.
Your host will then lead you on a stroll through our 20,000-square-foot wine cave where you will be treated to an exclusive barrel tasting experience of our newest wines. While you taste, you’ll learn about Maxville’s winemaking philosophies that produce our exquisite, award-winning wines.
To finish the experience, you are invited to enjoy a glass and the peaceful ambiance of the outside terrace, offering beautiful panoramic views of Chiles Valley and the estate’s private lake.
Wine & Cheese Pairing
Enjoy a private seated wine tasting paired with an Artisanal Cheese and Charcuterie Platter. You’ll savor four different gourmet cheeses, salumi, fruit, nuts, and crackers while you sip.
Insider Tip: Sample different cheeses and fruit with the wines to see how the food enhances the flavors in the wines or vice versa.
Cave Tour & Barrel Sample
Journey inside the 20,000-square-foot wine cave for an exclusive barrel tasting experience. You’ll get to see first-hand how the wine is aged and sample yet-to-be-released wines straight from the barrel.
Insider Tip: Ask about Maxville’s barrel program and how barrel aging imparts unique flavors into the wine.
Follow your tasting by savoring the peaceful ambiance of the outdoor terrace, where pristine views of the estate’s private lake and Chiles Valley await.
