Join us for this thrilling, new dining experience exclusively available at The Culinary Institute of America at Copia. Throughout your two-hour expedition, you’ll discover vibrant sights, sounds, scents, and tastes inspired by Marco Polo’s legendary travels along the Silk Road with Le Petit Chef as your guide! The evening includes a delicious spice trail-inspired six-course dinner prepared by our creative team of CIA chefs. Wine pairings can be added at an additional $50 cost per person. This one-of-a-kind dining experience features cutting-edge 3D technology and visual storytelling by the world-renowned artists of Skullmapping™️ and TableMation™️.
