Enhance your Napa Experience with TENNIS in the morning and COOKING your own lunch with our Chefs, all paired with WINE, of course! Tom and Marcie Dinkel, owners of Dos Lagos Vineyards (Atlas Peak AVA) in the eastern hills above Napa, will be your hosts for this one of a kind adventure.
You start with TENNIS at the world-famous Silverado Resort and Spa with drill sessions and instruction by Katie Dellich (Global Director, PBI Adult World Tennis Camps) and the fabulous PBI Tennis team, and then Tom and Marcie will be your hosts at the Kitchen Collective, a private COOKING Club in Napa, where you will work side by side with our Chefs to prepare your meal, perfectly matched with Napa’s best WINES! Any non-tennis players in the group can enjoy a Spa day at Silverado with Marcie.
The Peter Burwash International Tennis Team will help you brush up your game for an invigorating 2 hours.

Your Host: Dos Lagos Vineyards
Dos Lagos, or “Two Lakes" in Spanish, is owned by Tom and Marcie Dinkel. The Dos Lagos property is high on the south facing slopes of Atlas Peak, at an altitude of approximately 1,650 feet. Dos Lagos Vineyards have 22 total acres with 5 acres of premium Cabernet Sauvignon planted on the gently sloping hillsides reaching down to the two lakes. Dos Lagos Vineyards sits on some of the most sought after soils in all of Cabernet-land, where we are able to offer 100% Cabernet Sauvignon that is 100% estate grown. This is the most pure expression of what mountain Cabernet Sauvignon is all about.
Cancellation must be 48 hours in advance, otherwise, a $100 per person cancellation fee will apply (once the Kitchen Collective has purchased the food). Food and wine with lunch is included in pricing, as is gratuity (but you may leave additional gratuity if you feel it is warranted for the KC staff).
