Aaron Krug

Aaron Krug was appointed general manager in 1986 at Healdsburg's Best Western Dry Creek Inn and Krug Event Center. At Arizona State University Aaron studied real estate development and graduated in 1983. He then went on to get his real estate license and intended to pursue real estate sales as his career. After 3 years and many chats with his father, Aaron had taken over the reins of the family owned inn. The Krug family has long established roots in Healdsburg. Says Aaron: "Healdsburg is a vibrant and caring community. I sure appreciate and very much enjoy being a part of the Healdsburg community and interacting on the Healdsburg Visitors Bureau coalition committee."

The third generation of the Krug family, Jacob and Sarah Krug, Aaron's children are currently attending college. Jacob Krug is currently in his final year at Arizona State University, where his father went to school. He is due to graduate in May with a degree in communications and journalism. During his time at Arizona State University Jacob has internships at the local ESPN radio network helping out the talk show hosts and getting his feet wet in the area of communications that interest him the most. Jacob says this is the first to completing the dream that he has had his whole life in becoming a sports talk host. This past year Jacob moved from the ESPN radio site to the local ESPN T.V. station. Doing this has furthered his dream of working in the sports industry.

The youngest of Aaron's two children, Sarah Krug is currently in her second year of college in the process of attaining her business degree. She is currently working at the family's Dry Creek Inn with her father Aaron. During this time she has realized that pursuing the family business is what interests her most. After completing her business degree Sarah is planning on attending cosmetology school and getting her cosmetology license with the plan of opening a day spa at one of the family hotels. Prior to embarking into the family business, Sarah was in high school earning her high school diploma and working with youth in her home town of Windsor, at the local day camp counseling kids.

Their father Aaron Krug is very proud of their accomplishments, and looking forward to the future to see where his children will end up
