There are different cancellation policies, depending on the specific tour, tasting, or activity you select. We encourage you to carefully review the cancellation policy associated with your experience prior to finalizing your reservation. This information is readily available under the “Booking & Cancellation Policy” section for each experience offered.

For most activities, you must reserve the experience at least 5 days ahead. However, certain experiences, especially those involving multiple-course food and wine tastings, may require up to 14 days. We recommend checking the specific details for each activity regarding advance booking requirements.

Traveling with family is a wonderful way to create lasting memories! Currently, our “Secret Horseback Riding Adventure” is the only experience specifically designed to welcome guests aged 12 and up. We are actively working to expand our offerings to include more family-friendly activities in the near future.

Group reservations are only necessary when your group size exceeds the maximum number of travelers that can book an experience on a single reservation. Should your party exceed this limit, a group reservation is required.
