SUBMITTED MACROMEDIA FLASH FILES

• All Flash files must be sent with the optimized SWF file as well as the source FLA file
• The names of the fonts used in the creative need to be provided should any substitutions or other modifications be necessary.
• WineCountry.com network may need to modify Flash files to add click tracking capabilities.
• Click tracking is required for CPC campaigns and is strongly recommended for CPM campaigns because it provides optimization and fraud protection.
• Additional Traffic and Creative Issues:
• Advertisers should provide an alternate GIF for all rich media creative – the alternate GIF will be served to WineCountry.com network that currently do not have Rich Media Code loaded on to their site
• All 468x60, 728 x 90, and 160 x 600, 300 x 250 creative units may consist of 30 seconds and/or 3 rotations or loops.
• All banner actions (i.e., audio, expansion, launching new browser windows, etc.) must be initiated by the user

SPECIFICATIONS:

• See specific specs for each individual ad unit.
• Click-through functions must use the "Get URL" command.
• Hardcoded URLs are not allowed to be passed via the "Get URL" action
• A default GIF will be served to browsers that do not have a compatible Flash Plug-In.
• Additional Flash movie loads must follow the following guidelines:
• - Additional movie loads must be user initiated (click).
• - Additional movie loads are limited to four (4), at 50K maximum each.
• Flash advertising (large format advertising in particular) may be subject to additional review & approval to check for average processor bandwidth compatibility.
• Third party served Flash ads must be have a wmode set to "transparent" in their object/embed code.
• Audio must be 1 click away.
• Window close functionality must be clearly visible and accessible to the user.

• Image File Size Limit: 10Kb max size
• Alt Text: 20 characters or less.
• Text Content: Up to 150 words arranged in no more than 3 paragraphs, with no more than 6 words as header text. Three links maximum per Spotlight (photo counts as one link). One Email address.
