Castello Di Amorosa take the $35 tour and reserve tasting. the castle tour is a lot of fun, and you'll taste 13 wines.

Del Dotto take the last $40 tour offered during the day. the tour will last much longer, and you'll taste some of the best wines in the valley.

a couple other to consider:
Summers Winery: nice grounds, and I believe the only winery in the valley making a Charbono, great italian grape.

Rutherford Hill Winery: take brief cave tour and taste the reserve 2001 merlot

I am planning a fall wine country trip with 3 days in Sonoma and two in Napa. For the Napa part, we know we are visiting Pride because we've been there before and love it. (We also went to Domaine Carneros, Peju, Whitehall Lane, V. Sattui, Rombauer and Chateau Montelena). Some of the wineries we are interested in are: St. Clement, Grgich Hills, Flora Springs, Castello Di Amorosa, Del Dotto, Pine Ridge, Goosecross, Domaine Chandon, Clos Du Val and Silverado Vineyards. Has anyone been there and can let me know what they think? Also, they have a Taste Downtown Napa $20 pass to visit the collective tasting rooms and wine shops in the town of Napa. Has anyone done that? Is it recommended?
