Alright you guys...rub it in why dontcha? Jeeze! We had snow yesterday, and the lowest high temps on record are forecast for today and tomorrow....with rain and snow over the weekend and rain all next week.
- And of course, all the bulbs came up LAST week and so the jonquils, tulips and crocus are probably gonna be popsicles.
...see, I really DO need a Vacation....
I think I'll go put on Jimmy Buffet.... ...and turn up the heat...and wear a Hawaiian shirt. And open something white and crisp...

Poohh66, you had better be careful. A good night can get you in trouble.

It is absolutely going to be a gorgeous weekend in Florida, as I take my pooch out the back yard, I am enjoying the conversation between a cardinal and a blue jay, they are across from each other in our magnolia trees....
We will be grilling out tonight and enjoying a glass of something from one of the boxes that arrived this week......
Sigh....the wind is blowing... it's going to be a good night.. I have a feeling

It can't make up it's mind here in southeast Tennessee. We go from 70° to 50° every other day. We can see that the trees in the downtown area where they are protected are beginning to bud out. The daffodils are daffodilling and the Blue Birds are nesting. Will the real spring please stand up?

And Spring is too, it seems. We are going to have a glorious weekend in the Texas Hill Country

And it's "Go Texan" day in Houston. The Rodeo starts tomorrow, so everyone in town brings out their inner cowboy/cowgirl and all you see is denim and boots and cowboy hats. The trail rides will all converge in Memorial Park today for a grand parade tomorrow. There will be chili and bbq everywhere - so hopefully those cowboys have chosen an appropriate varietal to enjoy! which probably means Lone Star or Shiner They don't know what they're missing.

I know that we will be out on Canyon Lake tonight and then tomorrow night as well - so we'll watch the sun go down with a nice glass of ... don't know yet! but isn't it a nice choice to have to make?
