Yes. Wineries will definitely be open during the time you are planning on visiting. The only times most wineries will close or have truncated hours is Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year's Eve.

My husband and I will be visiting friends in Santa Rosa in mid November, and were wondering in the wineries will be open for visiting and tasting then?
