Thanks uncorked. I actually wasn't looking for myself, but hoping to prompt information for the board. I have veritgo so a Segway is not in the cards for me!
I had noticed that there is a fellow on TA who signs as something like Sonoma Segway and when we were last there I saw a business advertised that has that name as well, so I was wondering if perhaps there is also a Segway business in Sonoma ( town). I think I would personally be more comfortable down there, where its a bit flatter and there are several wineries that are close by. Around Healdsburg will be a gorgeous area for sure, but to me the roads are pretty winding and narrow and I would be too nervous to enjoy it up there. Especially during Crush season.
But, I am a BIG chicken, too...ask our kids...!

There is someone on the Npaa Fourn on Trip Advisor that goes by the name of SegwayNapa that I am guessing has a rental company. I think a Segeway tour around Yountville would be great with all of the tasting rooms that are there and the flat land for us flatlanders. Cheers!

Yesilovewine-

I've been checking out the Segway of Healdsburg. Spoke with the owner today and she makes it sound awesome. I told her our group has never been on a segway, and she said they will have a training session for us and then we'll stay on basically flat terrain---through vineyards, etc. They also have many scheduled tours. They have one that focuses on Russian River and another for Dry Creek. Google Segway of Healdsburg and see what you think. If you dont go before Sept., I'll give you a thorough report after that!

Thanks Dyann.
Do you happen to know about the Segway company in Sonoma? I know I heard there is one, but that's all I know.

Seriously- do a search on Sonoma Bike Tours and at least one company will come up. Then check it out, do one, and come back and tell us all about it!!
