I have terrible experience with this inn. Non fucntioning toilets, no bath supplies in the bathroom an overall just neglect to details. Their breakfast which is delivered to your room is low quality and very limited portions. I asked to reserved their junior suite (this one has a jacuzzi) and I was told this was not available, they got me into a superior room. I found later on that the junior suite is available at the same rate I paid for the superior room.
I complained to the inn manager and all I hear were excuses. She also told me that there is a trick in flushing those toilets. I explained that I do not believe it was how the toilets is flushed but they are just low quality toilets. There was no restitution to my terrible experience and all was offered is a free upograde next time I visit the location. Now why would I risk staying in the same place again.
Not worth the money spent at this location.

This Inn is nothing short of wonderful. We spent 3 days there and never had a problem. The website is exactly what it is. Nothing hidden. All rooms are decorated exactly the same. The front desk clerks do everything. Props to them. While my husband and I sat in the lobby enjoying the the wine and cheese reception, the front desk girl made reservations, gave directions, made recommendations to local wineries at the same time pouring the wine and answering phones. Anything you needed they did. Small and cozy, quite and surreal. I would've enjoyed a jacuzzi tub but given the circumstances the property is too small. No need to go to the high end places for great service. They have it all right there. I personnaly loved the breakfast in bed. Delivered right to your room. They served a Ham and Swiss Quiche that was mouth watering. On our way out we were given many complimentary wine tastings and maps along with a booking to a unforgetable winery, William Hill. If anyone is interested in a great rate (our's was $139 for a fireplace room everything inclusive) then I recommend this Inn.

Bel Abri is a quaint lil' getaway with all the comforts of a hotel but the feel of a B & B only because it's not a house that anything is shared but a building with 15 rooms that have their own bathroom and breakfast comes right to your room which might I add we had gourmet orange fruitted pancakes with sausage and a muffin one day and bacon and egg scramble with fruit and a bagel the next day. Too much to eat but everything was soooo good that I had to stuff myself! Not to forget the wine and cheese reception in the evening. Not only did they had cheese and crackers but this spread that was wonderful. I think it was an artichoke and jalepeno spread along with olives and baguette with oils. The beds are so soft I didn't want to get out of it. I can't believe we hadn't found this place before. I know where I will stay again and again! My recomendation for a very reasonable and comfortable place to stay!
