I never made it to The Ink House B&B. In the middle of making my reservation, the clerk to whom I was talking asked if she could call me back; however, she never did. When I called again, another clerk told me that the room information I was given when I first called was incorrect and that she needed to check with the innkeeper and would call me back. Again, no call was received. I really thought that these two clerks should not be in the business that involves dealing with customers. So I went ahead and booked a reservation somewhere else.
