Gosh, this may be a year and a half too late, but we have stayed at the Vintner's Inn and enjoyed ourselves very much. The rooms are beautiful and luxurious. Having John Ash's restaurant right there is fabulous - and it's so nice to just to stroll back to the room after an amazing dinner. We will certainly stay there again. And it's a good location for exploring all over the Sonoma Valley.
