Wild Game Week Returns to Hurley's
Napa Valley | CA
Chef "Wild Bob" Hurley once again celebrates autumn with Wild Game Week this November 6th - 11th at his Napa Valley eatery, Hurley's Restaurant & Bar.
This marks his twelfth season stalking delicacies from around
the world and bringing them together under one roof. Chef Hurley
spends months prior to the event working with specialty purveyors
to find the highest quality exotic game, be it from Europe, Canada,
the British Isles or the Land Down Under. Appetizers and entrees
at both lunch and dinner may include Seared Peppered Venison,
Antelope, Grilled Sailfish, tender Buffalo Ribeye, Braised Wild
Boar, Rabbit and Sauteed Ostrich Medallions. Items from the regular
a la carte menu will also be available.
Hurley's always provides a wide selection of "civilized" wines, many of them by the glass - a perfect match for this "wild" event.
Wild Game Week happens only once a year and lasts for only six days so reservations are highly recommended for lunch and dinner. For more information call (707) 944-2345. Hurley's Restaurant & Bar is in the Napa Valley at 6518 Washington Street, Yountville, off of Highway 29. On-line reservations and the restaurant's calendar of events available at www.HurleysRestaurant.com
