Carmel-by-the-Sea celebrates its Halloween birthday with a festive parade through downtown at 4 p.m., welcoming costumed kids, pets, residents, and visitors. City dignitaries, VIPs, and locals join in for this lively tradition, while charming village shops host trick-or-treating and fall activities afterward.

Following the parade, Devendorf Park transforms into a Halloween and birthday bash from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Enjoy live music from Shannon and the Night Divers, more trick-or-treating, and complimentary hot dogs, chips, and water. Entertainment is sponsored by Sunset Center, with hot dogs prepared by the Carmel Host Lions.
