Bell Wine Cellars is a family-owned winery established in 1991 against the backdrop of the Vaca Mountains in Yountville with a stunning view of the Mayacamas. Our focus has always been rooted in education and the research of cabernet sauvignon clones, their prime growing conditions, and their application in modern winemaking.
The Bell estate is cloaked in quiet, touting a pure and pastoral atmosphere just outside of downtown Yountville. Our tasting room, nestled in the Napa Valley, rests alongside neat vineyard rows. As a working winery, we give you the chance to experience more than just a wine tasting when you visit us. From vineyard and winery tours to sensory tasting lessons, our staff of sommeliers, vintners, and wine experts are here to guide you on a journey through California wine country’s most exceptional region.

Bell Wine Cellars leads Napa Valley in single-clone cabernet research and production. Experience a side-by-side flight of our exclusive single-clone cabernet portfolio while your host guides you through the complexities and nuances of each clone.
SENSORY TASTING
Have you ever wondered how the experts can detect aromas of chocolate, nutmeg or even dirt in a wine’s bouquet? Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned connoisseur, our sensory wine tasting experience is a fun and educational way to fine tune your skills. We guide you through a structural sensory tasting and food pairing experience to teach you how to experience wine to the fullest. Enjoy wine in a way that you never have before!
Single Vineyard & Single Appellation Cabernet Sauvignon Tasting
Join us for a fun and educational tasting. Similar to our Single Clone Cabernet tasting experience, but during this tasting, you will experience a side-by-side flight of single vineyard and single appellation cabernets and understand how Napa’s nested appellations are distinguished. Your host will select five wines from our current releases. Let the fun and education begin!
