RE:FIND Distillery is crafting artisan spirits from grape/grain to bottle in the heart of Paso Robles wine country. They use the prized saignée (free-run juice) that boutique wineries discard during the winemaking process, ferment it, and distill it.
Tour the brewery or relax and order a flight to taste the fresh brews. There are large tables to accommodate groups of all sizes and you can pick up a few souvenirs from this hidden gem.
