The renowned Talbott Vineyards crafts estate-grown Chardonnay and Pinot Noir inspired by the traditions of Burgundy. With two estate vineyards located in Monterey County, Sleepy Hollow Vineyard and Diamond T Vineyard, Talbott offers a portfolio of exceptional wines to enjoy. Our winemaking team is led by head winemaker David Coventry, who prides himself on putting the fruit first and maximizing vineyard expression in the wines he crafts.

For more than three decades, Talbott wines have consistently garnered praise from wine critics and enthusiasts alike, including a rare 100-point score in a Wine Spectator retrospective tasting for our 1990 Sleepy Hollow Chardonnay. Our Estate Flight showcases four wines from our exceptional estate-grown Chardonnay and Pinot Noir portfolio from our Sleepy Hollow and Diamond T Vineyards. We offer a Chardonnay Exclusive Flight, a Pinot Noir Exclusive Flight and Mixed Flight. This experience can be booked in our Tasting Room Lounge or, for our wine club members, on our Patio.

SIGNATURE FLIGHT

Our Signature Flight showcases five wines from our Tasting Room exclusive Chardonnay and Pinot Noir portfolio from our Sleepy Hollow and Diamond T Vineyards. We offer a Chardonnay Exclusive Flight, a Pinot Noir Exclusive Flight and Customizable Flight. Our Signature Flight also features our Fidelity Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, the pinnacle of our portfolio. This experience can be enjoyed in our Tasting Room Lounge or, for our wine club members, on our Patio (weather permitting).

LEGACY FLIGHT

Our Legacy Flight is a remarkable tasting experience that pairs five wines from our estate grown Chardonnay and Pinot Noir with select gourmet cheeses. This experience can be booked in our Tasting Room Lounge or for wine club members, on our Patio (weather permitting).
