Bear at Stanly Ranch

Bear is a Napa restaurant at Stanly Ranch where elemental, seasonal cooking is the focus. Led by Executive Chef Anthony Stagnaro, the kitchen builds dishes around premier ingredients harvested at the right time, with fruits, vegetables, herbs and flowers supplied by the Grange culinary garden.

What sets Bear apart is its close connection between farm and kitchen. Chef Stagnaro and Farm Director Nick Runkle collaborate daily, while pickling and fermenting help preserve seasonal ingredients. Guests can experience the restaurant for breakfast, lunch, dinner or weekend brunch, with dinner highlighting Napa Valley ingredients through grilling and fermentation.
