Timber Cove Resort and Coast Kitchen were designed by celebrated Los Angeles-based firm The Novogratz. The 54-seat restaurant showcases ocean views and the surrounding Sonoma coast. Coast Kitchen features clean, crisp presentations of dishes designed with local ingredients. The menu pays significant attention to seafood offerings complemented by other locally sourced ingredients from area farmers, cheesemongers, mushroom foragers, and other producers. The connection to nature and local ingredients extends the continuity between Coast Kitchen and the rest of Timber Cove.
The restaurant is anchored by the Great Room, a massive stone fireplace, setting the mood with an attractive, lighthearted vibe that invites conversation.
