In this experience, you will sample four of our most highly treasured wines alongside three ½ ounce servings of Tsar Nicoulai Caviar’s finest artisanal caviars.

Join us for a new unforgettable and unique Napa wine tasting experience. Your host will share the history, legends, and technique of this flamboyant practice that dates back to the age of Napoleon then provide a dramatic demonstration. An abundant selection of local artisan delights from Journeyman Meats, Cowgirl Creamery, and Tsar Nicolai Caviar has been carefully curated to pair beautifully with our méthode traditionnelle sparkling wines.
