Join Santa Barbara’s 38th Annual Parade of Lights at the waterfront! Families can enjoy a Winter Wonderland on the City Pier, complete with holiday elves, 10 tons of snow, festive goodie bags, and a visit from Santa and Mrs. Claus. This year’s theme, “Yuletide Pirates,” brings a unique twist to the festivities.

The fun begins at 3:30 p.m. with standup paddlers and kayakers in festive attire looping through the harbor. At 5:00 p.m., enjoy a tree lighting ceremony on Stearns Wharf with holiday music by the Dos Pueblos Jazz Choir. Around 5:30 p.m., 30 illuminated boats will light up the night from Leadbetter Beach to Stearns Wharf.

A fireworks show at approximately 7:00 p.m. caps off the event. Great viewing spots include Stearns Wharf, the breakwater, and West and East Beaches.
