Join Hotel SLO’s Garden Courtyard for the 4th annual Rosé the SLO Way festival, celebrating Central Coast Rosé wines. Sip premier Rosés from boutique wineries and enjoy food pairings crafted by Executive Chef Ryan Fancher, with dishes from Ox + Anchor and Piadina. Special guest chefs Dustin Valette and Brian Collins will also showcase their culinary expertise.
Attendees can sample local treats, including oysters from Morro Bay Oyster Co. and caviar from Tsar Nicoulai. The event will feature a mini marketplace, live music from the Chromatic Cats, a puppy and kitten cuddle corner, and a Wine Wall.
