The expansive historic Amador County Fairgrounds event site is divided into four zones, each zone representing an iconic wine region: South of France (Rhône), Italy, Spain/Portugal (Iberia), and “Heritage California” (claiming Zinfandel and Mission). Within each zone, chefs prepare open-fire locavore dishes, musicians play regional melodies and wineries pour wine all paying homage to the particular region of the world.
In addition to stellar food and wine, attendees can participate in abundant activities including seminars covering topics from food and wine pairing to millennial and women winemakers, cooking demonstrations, listening to live music and enjoying exceptional offerings from more than 30 local artists and crafters.
