Set against the stunning backdrop of CASS’s 145-acre vineyard—complete with olive and apple orchards, a micro agave farm, and organic gardens—this event features estate-raised grass-fed beef. Executive Chef Charlie will craft a multi-course menu with expertly paired wines, highlighting succulent short ribs as the star of the meal.
