Four Course Wine Lover’s Dinner at Sam’s Chowder House in Half Moon Bay

Sam’s Chowder House Executive Chef Lewis Rossman will create a custom four course menu (to be announced soon), pairing each course with delicious award-winning wines from CHATEAU STE. MICHELLE. This premium winery has received a long list of awards including 22 “Top 100 Wineries of the Year” (Wine & Spirits) and 18 “Top 100 Wines” designations (Wine Spectator).

Previous wine dinner menus have included California King Salmon Carpaccio with radish, preserved lemon and farm egg, Half Moon Bay Halibut Roasted “a la planta” with chanterelle mushrooms, local Giusti Farms fava beans and pea tendrils, Grilled Lamb Chops with red quinoa, potato crisp, broccoli di ciccio and taggiasca olive jus, and mouthwatering Chocolate Pot de Crème.

$100 per person ($85 wine dinner and gratuity), plus booking fee and tax. Advance ticket purchase required as space is limited.
