Chef Sam Saltos presents a twelve-seat omakase in this second of two pop-up dinners previewing Hinoki, Saltos’s new SE Division sushi bar opening in Spring of 2020. Artist Sora ShoDo will design Hinoki’s logo live in front of the audience using shodo, a form of Japanese performance calligraphy. This is the final event at Plaza Del Toro’s SE location before the venue moves to Portland’s downtown Pearl District.
