The Inspired Health & Fitness Expo of San Luis Obispo is taking place on March 23rd & 24th at the Alex Madonna Expo Center! This expo will bring forward hundreds of local experts to answer your questions, free educational seminars, and free medical testing. Funds will also be raised for Project Teen Health and Run in the Superhero 5k! Warm-up for the 5k will be at 8am.
