On Mother’s Day, Agave Uptown in Oakland will open early at 2:00 PM and will be serving until 8:00 PM. Brunch specials will include Eggs Benedict on a sope topped with creamy chipotle sauce and with micro greens; Chilaquiles with two fried eggs, crema and grilled chicken or steak and avocado; Oaxacan Frittata with rilled verduras, eggs, greens, avocado and salsa; Green Chicken Pozole with cabbage, lime and onions; Salmon Tacos cabbage, mango and avocado salsa; and Tacos Dorados, crispy tacos with cabbage, two fried eggs, queso fresco, salsa and crema.
All moms will receive a complimentary glass of Prosecco. The restaurant’s regular a la carte menu will also be served all day.
