Kick off their 2018 One Sip at a Time series with an exploration of what makes a wine ‘old world’ or ‘new world.’ Taste red and white examples of each, and learn how to taste using their Chain Bridge Cellars Wine Evaluation Tool. Learn how to describe what you like and don’t like in wine so you can find more wines you’ll love, one sip at a time!

One Sip at a Time offers fun and tasty ways to learn about wine and discover which ones you like the best. Classes include six or more wines, instruction and take-away materials, and nibbles of cheese, sausage and crackers.
