Executive Chef Ryan Fancher has designed a menu that perfectly complements Denner’s standout wines, showcasing the rich terroir of California’s Central Coast.
The evening’s menu features creative dishes like Smoked Salmon & Caviar Pizzetta paired with 2022 Theresa, a White Rhone Blend, and Wagyu Short Rib “Au Poivre” accompanied by 2021 Mother Of Exiles, a bold Cabernet Sauvignon and Petite Verdot blend.
