Franciacorta is Italy’s first mandatory Metodo Classico sparkling wine, meaning it is required to be made like Champagne with 2nd fermentation in the bottle. It also shares 2 of the 3 grapes of Champagne and, in fact, it has an even longer aging requirement.
Come help them ring in the new year and enjoy 9 different producers of Franciacorta with a variety of paired bites.
